Demolition Permit Application Filed for South Tampa Townhomes
Developer Wolf Partners has filed an application for a demolition permit for the site of a townhome community in South Tampa. The Arete at Beach Park, an architectural synthesis of luxury and tropical functionality, will be constructed on a site currently occupied by five vacant office buildings. This project comprises 80 townhomes and a private clubhouse and adheres to the principles of Tropical Modern design. The six available floor plans, ranging from three to four stories and spanning 2400 to 3900 square feet, prioritize seamless integration with the tropical surroundings.
