Demolition Permit Granted for 1 Southside Park Site
A permit for the demolition of Brickell Fire Station No. 4, which is on the site of a new mixed-use development, One Southside Park, has been issued. A new fire station will be incorporated into the new development. One Southside Park will include 1,195 rental apartments,165,000 square feet of office space, 200 hotel rooms (operated by Treehouse Hotels), 86,151 square feet of spa space, 23,312 square feet of full-service restaurant space, 1,417 square feet of fast food restaurant space, 5,120 square feet of banquet hall space, 13,673 square feet for a fitness center, 32,000 square feet for the fire station and up to 1,000 parking spaces.
