Demolition Permits Have Been Filed for the Site of a Mixed-Use Development in Downtown Tampa
Demolition permits have been filed for the site of TLR Tower, a mixed-use development that will rise in downtown Tampa at 601 North Ashley. The project has received approval from the City of Tampa. The 43-story tower will house 480 multi-family units with associated leasing office/lounge area, and 15,782 square feet of amenity space. The development will include 68,000 square feet of office space, 11,000 square feet of retail space and parking.
