Demolition Underway at The Residences at 1428 Brickell
Construction crews have begun demolition on the site of The Residences at 1428 Brickell. The 71-story residential tower using solar energy, will offer a limited collection of 189 fully finished residences. The two- to four-bedroom units will range from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet along with penthouses that will range from 4,0000 to 10,000 square feet. Amenities will include a rooftop pool and atrium, fitness center, indoor/outdoor yoga room, co-working space, children’s recreation area and pet amenities.
