Demolition Underway at the Site of a Mixed-Use Project in South Tampa
Construction crews have begun the demolition of a daycare center that is on the site of a new mixed-use project. Interbay Commons in South Tampa will consist of a 6,600 SF Strip shopping facility, 8,400 SF daycare facility and 30 townhome units. The project will be constructed in phases, the daycare center and retail building will be constructed first, the proposed townhomes will be constructed in the future. The location in south Tampa is convenient to residential neighborhoods and shopping and dining venues.
