Demolition Underway for Mixed-Use Tower in Brickell
Demolition has begun on the site of Empire Brickell, a mixed-use tower in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Construction is expected to start in 2024, with completion in 2026. Empire Brickell is a 26-story tower comprising 310 market-rate apartments, with approximately 2,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The multifamily high-rise, designed by Coral Gables-based Corwil Architects, will offer a range of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with 380 parking spaces. Amenities, including a pool, fitness center, lounge area, and business center, will be located on the seventh floor.
