Designs Approved for Parcels B1 & B2 within Hill East Development
The DC Zoning Board has approved designs for Parcels B-1 and B-2 in the Hill East Campus in Ward 7. Plans for Parcel B1 call for a residential apartment building featuring 350 residential units. The project also includes a mixed-use building on Parcel B2 featuring 14,044 square feet of ground-floor retail and approximately 144 units above.
