Designs Approved for Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Redevelopment
The DC Zoning Board has approved designs for the redevelopment of the existing one-story structure currently devoted to the PGBC at 1800 Hamlin St. NE. The new mixed-use project will include 70 senior affordable dwelling units and a new 4,500-square-foot church sanctuary with related multi-purpose and administrative rooms.
