Designs Under Review for 400+ Units on Hill East Campus
Designs are under review for Parcels B-1 and B-2 in the Hill East Campus in Ward 7. Plans for Parcel B1 call for a residential apartment building featuring 350 residential units. The development team also proposes a mixed-use building on Parcel B2 featuring 14,044 square feet of ground floor retail and approximately 144 units above. Per the project filing, the architect’s approach is to create two distinctive buildings that integrate signature elements, foster a pedestrian-friendly experience, and promote visual interest through building articulation and use of high-quality materials. Both buildings include environmentally friendly features and will be “Net Zero Energy” ready for residential uses.
