Per the filing, "Medford Life Science Park unlocks the potential in one of the most promising urban sites in Massachusetts available for redevelopment. The Park is situated 2.75 miles from Cambridge’s Kendall Square, epicenter for life science advancements in the U.S.". Plans call for 1.169 million square feet of space across 4 buildings in a campus environment with over 2 acres of public open space.
The development is expected to create an estimated 2,500 permanent professional and technical jobs and will help boost Medford's visibility among Massachusett's premier hubs for innovation.
