Developer Acquires Land in St. Petersburg

 

 

New York and Boca Raton-based developer Whitestone Development Partners has six lots in St. Petersburg for $10.59 million in a deal brokered by Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate. According to Pinellas County Records, Whitestone secured a mortgage for $4.5 million from Bank of New England. The zoning for the land, just north of the Grand Central District, allows building of multifamily, hotel, retail, or office properties.
