Developer Acquires Property in Gateway Centre Business Park for $3.58 Million
Johnson Development Associates has purchased a vacant 18.6-acre parcel in the Gateway Centre Business Park in Pinellas Park for $3.58 million. Johnson was represented by Harrison Bennett Properties and the seller was represented by Land Advisors Organization. Johnson has plans for a 110,700 square-foot project on the site. The location offers easy access to I-275 and Gandy Boulevard. Plans are for opening in 2023.
