Developer Acquires Site in Wynwood for Residential Development
Miami-based developer Clara Homes has acquired a site in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood with plans for a new development that will provide 152 residential units. At leat 40% of the residential units will be designated for workforce housing. Clara Wynwood will include ground level retail space and amenities will include valet parking, 24-hour doorman service, and the first rooftop padel court in Miami. The building on the site will be demolished prior to the start of construction which is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2025. Completion is expected in 2027.
