Developer Alters Plan for Condominium Development on Bayshore
Developer Related Group has revised plans for a new luxury condominium tower that will rise on Bayshore Boulevard. The original plans called for 60 residential units, the number has been reduced to 50. The Related Group reached a deal with Congregation Rodeph Sholom to purchase a portion of the synagogue’s property. Under the terms of the agreement, the synagogue will remain in its current building on the site, the section of the property to be acquired by Related Group is the parking lot and nursery school. Related Group’s plans call for a development with 50 residential units. The first floor will be a parking garage, which would include parking for the synagogue. This development is the latest for Related Group along Bayshore, joining The Ritz-Carlton Residences, which is under construction nearby. The plan is to close on the property in January 2024.
