257 Washington Street Update 05/15/23

Developer Closes on Dorchester Site: 47 Units Planned

Volnay Capital has closed on the acquisition of 257 Washington St. in Dorchester. Plans for the vacant site call for a 47-unit multifamily project to include 20% affordable units. The project would also include 27 parking spaces and a small, 700-square-foot retail space.
