Developer Closes on Land in Clearwater Beach for Condominium Development
Fort Lauderdale-based developer BH3 Management, in partnership with New Jersey-based U.S. Development, has closed on a site along Clearwater Beach with plans for a condominium development. According to Pinellas County Records, BH3 acquired the site for $24.75 million. Located directly on the Southernmost Point of Clearwater Beach with both Skyline and Ocean Views, the Clearwater Condominiums will feature two buildings comprising of 86 units, each with seven residential floors, a one level garage, and an amenity floor. Floorplan sizes will range from 1,800 SF to 5,570 SF, averaging an expansive 2,847 SF while boasting top-of-the-line finishes. Sales will commence in 2024 with construction slated for 2025. Initial plans for the site, with a different developer, called for a 94-unit beach resort.
