Developer Planning Luxury Townhomes in South Tampa
Tampa developer Sight Development, in a partnership with Shepard Capital Partners, has plans for luxury townhomes in south Tampa. Shore House II will offer 16 luxury townhomes and one single-family residence. The three-story townhomes will average 1,175 square feet. The three-bedroom, three-and-half-bath units will include a garage and rooftop patio. Located in South Tampa, just minutes from Bayshore Boulevard, the new development is across the street from Shore House which features 15 townhomes. Groundbreaking is expected in December 2022. The developers are working together on another townhome project, Canvas GWX near the Gas Worx development in Tampa. Canvas GWX will feature 40 townhome units and will begin construction in January 2023.
