Developer Proposes Multifamily Community in West Palm Beach
Developer Index Investments has submitted plans for an apartment community in West Palm Beach. Oasis Tower would offer 323 apartments, with 64 residences designated for workforce housing. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences will be contained in a 12-story building. Community amenities will include a pool, fitness center, co-working space and a rooftop terrace with a sky lounge. The developer previously planned a mixed-use venture with 220 apartments and 2,330 square feet of retail space on the site.
