Developer Receives $170M Construction Loan for LOFTY Brickell
99SW7 Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Newgard Development Group, obtained a $170 million construction loan to begin work on its LOFTY Brickell residential project.
LOFTY Brickell will be a 42-story residential tower. When completed, it will hold 364 finished and furnished units. Residences will come in 1-2 bedroom configurations, including penthouses. The development will also have a 9-story parking tower. It is scheduled to break ground in Q4 of 2022.
