Groundbreaking Soon To Be Expected For Miami's Lofty Brickell Project
On January 25th, records show developers have filed a special event permit with additional info stating "Lofty Groundbreaking 1/31/2030." The project went through construction permitting in October of 2022 with demolition already completed.
Lofty Brickell will rise 44-stories high and will feature 360 fully furnishes condos. Lofty has already sold 88% of the condo units.
