Developers Celebrate Ground Breaking Ceremony For LOFTY Brickell
Yesterday LOFTY Brickell broke ground at the 1.62-acre build site located at 99 Southwest 7th Street, Miami FL. The 44-story residential structure will feature 362 condominium units, around 40,000 square feet of amenity space totaling 854,999 square feet of space. The apartments range in size from 446 to 986 square feet and come in studio, one and two-bedroom options, including penthouses and low-rise penthouses.
Permits for vertical construction are still being reviewed.
