LOFTY Brickell Announces G.T. McDonald Enterprises As General Contractor And Start Of Foundation Work
Forward-thinking real estate developer Newgard Development Group proudly announces the appointment of G.T. McDonald Enterprises, Inc. as general contractor for the prestigious LOFTY Brickell luxury condominium. The well-known contractor was brought on board as Newgard has secured a permit to begin pouring the building’s foundation scheduled to start on the first of the year. The 44-story LOFTY Brickell will rise on the Miami River in the city’s Brickell district.
The collaboration marks a significant milestone in the ongoing partnership between Newgard and G.T. McDonald, following their successful cooperation on the completed Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach in 2018.
