Developer Secures $104 Million in Financing for The Residences at 1428 Brickell
Miami-based developer Ytech has secured $104 million in financing for The Residences at 1428 Brickell. The financing, arranged by Linkvest Capital, includes $78 million in refinancing the first mortgage and $26 million in first mortgages from Banesco. The 71-story residential tower using solar energy, which will offer a limited collection of 189 fully finished residences, has reached 40% in sales within a year. The two- to four-bedroom units will range from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet along with penthouses that will range from 4,0000 to 10,000 square feet. Amenities will include a rooftop pool and atrium, fitness center, indoor/outdoor yoga room, co-working space, children’s recreation area and pet amenities.
