Developer Secures $48 Million Construction Loan for North Miami Mixed-Use Development
Developer The Horizon Group has obtained a construction loan for $48 million for The Residences at NoMi, a new mixed-use affordable housing development in North Miami. The community will offer 175 residential units, along with 11,350 square feet of office space and 8,975 square feet of office space. The residential units are designated for individuals 55 or older whose income is at 80 to 120 precent of the area median income. The development will be comprised of three buildings, the tallest rising to seven stories. The 1.95-acre site is currently a surface parking lot.
