Developer Secures $67 Million Construction Loan for Affordable Housing Community in Sweetwater, Florida
Miami developer CREI Holdings has secured a $67 million construction loan from Centennial Bank for a new affordable housing community in Sweetwater, Florida. Li'l Abner III, set to start construction in the second quarter of 2024, will offer 316 affordable and workforce apartments in the City of Sweetwater in Miami-Dade County. In line with CREI Holdings' legacy of excellence, Li'l Abner III will feature a courtyard and additional amenities to elevate the living experience for our future residents. Our newest building will sit between its two sister buildings, Li'l Abner I and II, and will provide a safe and clean environment for those looking for attainable housing.
