Developer Submits Revised Plans for Apartment Community in Homestead
Developer AMC Development Group has submitted revised plans for AMC Park, a proposed residential community that will offer 248 apartment units. The original plans called for 512 units, however after receiving feedback from county officials, the number was reduced. The one- and two-bedroom units will range in size from 682 to 944 square feet. Approximately 13% will be designated for workforce housing. The apartments would be contained in a three-story building that will sit on a 6.5-acre lot. The community will include a pool, children’s playground, and 376 parking spaces.
