Developers Acquire Property for Townhome Community for $1.45 Million
St. Petersburg-based J Square Developers and Backstreets Capital have purchased two parcels of land for $1.45 million in central St. Petersburg. The developers have plans for a townhome community. One of the parcels is vacant and being utilized as a parking lot. A funeral home is on the other site. The plan is for the existing building to be renovated and occupied by a new tenant. The townhomes will be built around the existing building.
