Developers Close on 500,000 Square Foot Industrial Park in Fort Myers
Stonemont Financial Group, in a joint venture with Geis Companies, has closed on an industrial park in Fort Myers. Legacy at Oriole Road will include two 250,000-square foot buildings on over 34 acres. Each building will include 32-inch clearance, 60 dock doors, 72 trailer parking stalls and 280 car parking spaces. The industrial park provides easy access to I-75 and Route 41. Completion is expected in the second quarter 2023.
