Developers Propose 25-story Mixed-use Project in Downtown West Palm
13th Floor Investments and Wexford Real Estate Investors have submitted plans to West Palm Beach's Plans and Plats Review Committee for The Residences of Palm Beach West. The developers hope to get approval of the plans which will be reviewed on July 14th, followed by final approval from the Downtown Action Committee.
The Residences of Palm Beach West is a planned 25-story project which will include 372 units and a 28,184 square-foot grocery store.
