Developers Reach Utilities Agreement for Residential Tower in Miami’s Worldcenter

 

 

Developer Aria Development Group has secured a utilities agreement with Miami Dade County for 600 Miami Worldcenter, a proposed 32-story mixed-use tower. The agreement is necessary for providing services for the building which is in the preconstruction phase. Under the terms of the new agreement, the number of residential units increased to 615 from the originally proposed 579. The development will also include a 4,500 square foot full-service restaurant and a 6,000 square foot fitness center. The studio, one-, and two-bedroom condominiums will range in size from 600 to 830 square feet. Units will be priced in the $500,000 range, with no rental restrictions, which will allow owners to live in the residences, rent them out on an annual basis or list them on Airbnb and other platforms. Amenities include a rooftop pool, bistro and bar, fitness center, co-working spaces and more.
