Developers Reveal Revised Plans for Shoma One in Miami
Developer Shoma Group has released revisions to plans for Shoma One, a twin-tower mixed-use development in Miami. The original plans showed a 17-story tower and an 18-story tower containing 391 residential units. The revisions expand the project to two 40-story towers offering 748 apartments ranging from 400 to 1,200 square feet. Under the new plans, 12.5% of the apartments, approximately 93 units, will be offered as workforce housing. The development will also include 20,000 square feet of retail space along with 718 parking spots. Community amenities include a pool, amenity deck and the 18,000-square foot Shoma Bazaar. Amenities will also include a movie theater, dog spa/park, daycare center, steam room and more.
