Developers Secure $33 Million Construction Loan for Mixed-Development in Coral Gables
The Constellation Group and The Boschetti Group have obtained a $33 million construction loan from Banesco USA for a mixed-use development in Coral Gables. The eight-story building in Coral Gables will bring Class A office space along with ground level retail space. The approximately 85,000-square foot building, located in Coral Gables’ Merrick Park district, will contain 70,000 square feet of Class A office space, 5,900 square feet of ground floor retail space and parking. The building will feature a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the city, outdoor terraces on each floor, and a 1,500-square foot lounge.
