Developers Secure $47.25 Million in Construction Financing for The Fifth Miami Beach
Developers Bizzi & Partners Development and Sumaida + Khurana have obtained $47.25 million in construction financing for The Fifth Miami Beach, Class A office building. The funding was secured from Cain International. Building amenities in the five-story building will include a fitness center and spa, dining options, and a rooftop terrace with outdoor fitness areas. The location in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood, known as SoFi, provides access to Miami Beach’s most notable restaurants, hotspots and hotels as well as condominium towers. The MacArthur Causeway is close, with downtown Miami, Brickell and Edgewater a short drive away. Miami International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away. Construction is already underway with completion expected in 2025.
