Development of Abbey Crossings Moving Forward
Pasco County has approved the zoning for Abbey Crossings, a master planned unit development in San Antonio, Florida, and the project will move forward. Abbey Crossings is located approximately 25 minutes north of Tampa on SR 52, approximately half-mile east of I 75. The south parcel of the development would include 500,000 SF industrial, 400,000 SF Retail / 6 Out-parcels, 900 Multifamily residential units. 5.5 Acres for lease, or for sale, developer will divide. The north parcel is 85 acres and will offer 601,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space, 1.00 - 2.66 Acre Out-parcels, available for sale, or lease, will sub-divide. Once warranted, Mckendree Rd. and Road C will be signalized, with full left turning lanes. Construction is expected to begin in 2024.
