Development Team Files Modification to Reduce Number of Units in Cotton Annex Redevelopment
Carmel Partners have filed documents with DC's Zoning Board to reduce the number of units within the redevelopment of the Cotton Annex building. Original plans had called for up to 641 apartments but now the project would include 564 units. Per the filing, the applicant is requesting this modification to improve the quality of the units.
