Development Team Selected for Crystal House Project
Arlington County has selected Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing and EYA to develop over 800 units on a vacant site within the Crystal House Apartments. Plans call for a total of 844 units with 655 designated affordable. The development was made possible after Amazon committed over $380M for the purchase of the site and then donated the land and development rights to Arlington County.
