Dorchester Developer Refinances Mass Ave Property
Developer, Douglas R. George has refinanced the property at 1258-1272 Mass Ave for $12.45 million via East Boston Savings Bank.
The property is the site of two new six-story mixed-use buildings in Dorchester's Edward Everett Square that will contain a total of 40 residential rental apartments, including five affordable units, and approximately 1,500 square.
