Douglas Development Sells 2 DC Hotels for $152M
Douglas Development has sold both the Courtyard Washington, DC Dupont Circle & The Moxy Hotel DC to a Texas-based investor for a total of $152M. The Courtyard hotel features 143 guest rooms and recently underwent a large-scale renovation. The Moxy hotel opened in 2018 and offers 220 rooms with around 4,000 square feet of retail space.
