Downtown Office to Lab Conversion Approved
Plans have been approved for renovations to 55 Summer Street in Downtown Boston. As part of the project, the upper floors of the office building will be converted to lab space. The development team will also renovate the public plaza at the base of the building. Phase 3 Real Estate Partners acquired the building in March of 2022 for $106M.
