Downtown St. Petersburg Apartment Tower Opens
The newly constructed apartment tower Ascent St. Petersburg has opened. The apartment community began preleasing in September 2022. The apartment is part of a development that includes the AC Hotel, which opened in February 2023. The tallest rental high rise in downtown St. Petersburg, Ascent will hold 354 apartment units, along with the hotel, and 6,800 square feet of retail space. Ground was broken in December 2020, and it topped out in April 2022.
