Downtown St. Petersburg Hotel Sold for $59.6 Million
The newly constructed AC Hotel in downtown St. Petersburg, which opened in February 2023, has been sold for $59.6 million. The hotel was acquired by OTO development from Greystar which was also the contractor on the project. The 172-key hotel is the hospitality component of Ascent St. Petersburg. The tallest rental high rise in downtown St. Petersburg, when completed, it will hold 354 apartment units, along with the hotel, and 6,800 square feet of retail space. Ground was broken in December 2020, and it topped out in April 2022. Completion of the residential and retail elements is expected for May of 2023
