Draft RFP Released Bunker Hill Community College Surface Lots
has released a draft request for proposals for 5 acres of surface parking lots at Bunker Hill Community College. The RFP guidelines call for up to six residential buildings featuring several hundred units, with 100 set aside as deeply affordable. Boston Planning is accepting responses until April 14th.
Located at 450 Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown, the Bunker Hill Community College is seeking to develop up to 1,394,000 square-feet of new mixed-use space.
