Dupont Circle Commercial Property Trades for $39M
Guardian Life has closed on the historic Art Deco property at 1350 Connecticut Ave. NW for $39,300,000. The transaction was in the same amount Guardian Life Insurance had provided as a loan to Peter N.G. Schwartz Management Company in December 2015. Built originally as an apartment/hotel in 1928, this property was designed by architect Mihran Mesrobian. In 1942, the property was converted to commercial space.
