Early Stage Site Work Ongoing for Somerville Lab
Site work including excavation and foundation guide wall installation is ongoing at 15 McGrath Highway in Somerville. The upcoming 262,000 lab/office project will help expand Somerville’s presence as a leading life sciences hub and create a dynamic urban experience that celebrates this site as a gateway to Somerville. The project will also include 2,500 sf of retail or Arts & Creative Enterprise space on the ground floor, with additional Arts space on the upper floors.
