EAS Filed for 118-Unit Building in Long Island City
An Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS) has been filed for a development at 35-01 Vernon Boulevard in Long Island City, Queens. The structure will be designed by GKA Architects, and contain 118 residential units. It will also have 28,082 sqft of commercial retail, office, and light manufacturing space. The building will occupy the head of the block, bound by 35th Avenue, Vernon Boulevard, and 9th Street.
