EDENS Proposes 100 Key Hotel in Union Market
EDENS has filed plans for a 4-story hotel at 1271 5th St. NE in Union Market. The new development would include up to 105 hotel keys along with approximately 18,000 square feet of ground floor and mezzanine commercial use and approximately 5,450 square feet of penthouse space. The mid-block site is currently home to dated commercial structures with the new development 550 Morse immediately to the south of the property.
