Edgewater Collective 2000 Biscayne Boulevard Tops Out
Contractor KD Construction of Florida celebrated the topping out at Edgewater Collective 2000 Biscayne Boulevard. The 36-story tower will include 420 apartments and is a part of the larger project known as Edgewater Collective. Edgewater Collective will be comprised of three towers including 1,299 rental units with ultramodern finishes, 18,500 SF of retail space on the ground floor, and a multi-level parking garage. The project will also feature outdoor pools and sun decks, a large-scale co-working space with Zoom rooms, a podcast-recording room, yoga, and fitness studios. 130 of the units will be affordable housing units.
