EQR Planning 400+ Units at The Reserve at Fairfax Corner
Equity Residential is planning to construct a mid-rise multi-family building with structured parking that contains up to 405 units within the existing multifamily development, The Reserve at Fairfax Corner, constructed in 2001. The construction of a multi-family building will result in the loss of up to 70 existing multi-family units, or a net increase of up to 335 multi-family units on the property.
