Excavation Continues for The Douglass
Excavation for the foundation of the Douglass, the first phase of the Bridge District is proceeding on schedule. The mixed-use project will include 750 residential units, 80 of which will be rented to those making no more than 60% of the median family income, along with 40,000 square feet of retail. Redbrick is working with The Sandlot to focus on local retailers and create outdoor gathering spaces for community events.
