Excavation Nearly Complete for St. Elmo Tower
Goldin & Stafford is wrapping up excavation work for the St. Elmo tower in Downtown Bethesda. The tower crane foundation has been poured and Miller & Long Co., Inc is beginning to erect the crane. The upcoming mixed-use project will feature 240 residential units along with 11,155 square feet of second-floor office space and 3,774 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
